1. What Drilll is

Drilll is an AI sales call coach. We provide practice roleplays, live whisper coaching, and post-call scoring. We are not a CRM, dialer, or compliance tool of record. You are responsible for your own sales practices and for following applicable law.

2. Your account

You must be 18+ and use Drilll for legitimate sales activity. No scams, harassment, robocalls, or illegal solicitations. We will suspend accounts that violate this.

3. Drilll phone number

On the Pro plan, Drilll provisions a phone number via Telnyx. The number is leased to you for the life of your subscription. If you cancel, you can port it out within 30 days; after that we release the number back to the pool.

4. Recordings

You are responsible for consent. Drilll plays a disclosure on every call, but you must comply with the laws of your state and your prospect's state. See the consent FAQ.

5. Billing

Monthly plans renew monthly; annual plans renew annually. Cancel anytime in-app. Annual plans get a 14-day pro-rata refund window.
